Beyond A Steel Sky Delayed into 2020

Revolution Software has announced that fans waiting for the sequel to 90s cyberpunk adventure noir Beneath A Steel Sky will have to wait a little longer, as Beyond A Steel Sky has been delayed into 2020.

As per the announcement on the Revolutuon blog, the game was originally aiming for a "Late 2019" launch but has been given a few extra months of development time, for the team to "ensure that we realise our vision" for the game which will once again utilise the art style of longtime Revolution collaborator and Watchmen co-creator Dave Gibbons.

No new specific date has yet been given for Beyond A Steel Sky, with Revolution saying they don't want to say anything more concrete until they are confident they can hit it, but they hope to have a further announcement in 'Early 2020'. Beyond A Steel Sky will be launching on consoles (specific platforms are still to be confirmed), PC and Apple Arcade.
