LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean Arrrr-nnounced

Back when we were kids, we just had plain old pirate LEGO. None of this Pirates of the Caribbean stuff, but kids today, eh? They don't know they're born. TT Games and Disney Interactive have today announced that LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game is under development and coming to consoles across the land next year.

Continuing its bid for world domination with little plastic blocks, TT Games' LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean will be timed to release alongside the fourth movie in the series and features more than 70 LEGO-fied characters and the same trademark humorous slapstick and classic gameplay that has made the series such a massive global success.

With 20 levels spread across all four movies, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean will be coming in spring 2011 alongside next movie Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Arrrr etc.

@1 you may be first but you're obviously still a loser.

Looking forward to this, still need to get some of the others but have really enjoyed the Lego games so far.

Off topic - I'm kinda new in here, so what is the reason why everyone keep writing 1st on every article/news? Do they even achieve anything by doing it?

On topic - Pretty cool, though there are other games, i'll rather spend my money on. But it does give some great memories about Lego Star Wars on the PS2 :-)

I've never liked the lego games. So I'll pass.
Btw, this title has the worst pun I've seen so far.

The title should have been Pirates of the Carribe-arrrrr-n. It would have been marginally better.

Lego rockband and indi sucked
I loved Lego Batman and haven't tried the Harry Potter one but I heard it was pretty good.

Could this work? It has a 50% chance in my book. I enjoyed the Pirate movies and I still enjoy legos so I will be picking this up regardless.

Lego Island (first one) was the best game I played that was from lego. It had that nice realistic brick/minifig but cartoony action feel to it. Any lego game after that was a disappointment.

hmm this could be an awesome game, gave up on the previous plats because either glitched trophies or cba collecting stuff, but theyre all pretty fun games, just a laugh. but lego LOTR would be BADASS!

@26 reread it, it says that the game will come out around the same time as the fourth movie will, so obviously, th fourth one hasn't been released yet, or we would have this game by now.
