Disney Infinity 3.0 Figures Leak, Include Mulan, Olaf and Mickey Mouse

Unsurprisingly, it looks like Disney Infinity 3.0 is happening, as images of the first figurines for the third game have apparently leaked, revealing popular characters like Olaf from Frozen, Mulan, Sam Flynn and Quorra from Tron Legacy and the upcoming third Tron movie will be among the next wave. Both Mickey and Minnie Mouse will also be among the new figures.

The leak originates from a Chinese retailer called Taobao, as spotted by Disney Infinity fan site, InfinityInquirer, who have since removed the article. The cast of Pixar's next movie, Inside Out, are also included in the leaked imagery (bagged by Videogamer), available to view below. Click on the pic to zoom in.

Other sources have also revealed to Polygon that Disney Infinity 3.0 will also introduce a line of Star Wars figures, which might explain the black and yellow colour scheme on the packaging. Where Disney Infinity 2.0 focused primarily upon Marvel Super Heroes, 3.0 could put Star Wars characters front and centre.

Disney, meanwhile, is remaining tight-lipped on Disney Infinity 3.0. You'll also notice that the packaging from the listing indicates that the new 3.0 figures won't be compatible with the previous two Disney Infinity games. We'll have more on Disney Infinity 3.0 once an official announcement breaks.

I got all of the disney 2.0 marvel figures so I'll semi follow this in case they release more of those, but the odds of me getting this game are slim to non.

Playstation themselves should follow Nintendo and create their own brand of Amiibo type things, or maybe I just want a Ratchet figure too much.

@3, I've seen many official RAC figures, just hard come by.

That hitler following company (look up secrets of disney and Nazi, you'll see) starts copying others (Acti's Skylanders), Make adult films to kid toys (e.g. jack sparrow), now they're milking one of the shittiest franchises out there (star wars).

It's no surprise that the next Disney Infinity will be focused on Star Wars, considering the game should be released a month or two before the new movie. As for these figures, I dunno. Sam and Quorra are already in 2.0, but only for the PC and iPad version. Mulan would fit in with the live-action Mulan movie they're working on, and while they did Maleficent, they didn't do Cinderella.

@6 You need to learn how to separate fact from fiction. It's proven that Disney had zero sympathy for the Nazis, and they tried to distance themselves from Hitler as much as possible due to his love for cartoons in general.

@7 believe in what you want, money makes things go away...

But star wars, nazis and nowadays wars have something in common, religion KILLS.

It didn't take a genius to figure out that there would be a Disney infinity 3.0, but more importantly, I'll have to get 2.0, but with Disney infinity 3.0 probably out later this year and a new Skylanders game coming out later this year, which do I get this time, first it was Disney infinity and then Skylanders Swap Force, then it was Skylanders Tram Team and then Disney infinity 2.0, so I might keep the pattern going and get Disney infinity 3.0 and then the new Skylanders game, but I'll wait and see which one looks better before I decide

I too am a bit surprised that Sony hasn't come out with their own version like Nintendo did with Amiibo. But when they do I hope they do it like Slylanders and not amiibo (which lack a proper game) and Infinity (which is very restrictive when it comes to previous figures during gameplay). I mean even Lego just entered the "ring" with their own toys-to-life game.

Looks like this is just the Disney originals part of it and I have to say they suck. I don't even know who half of them are. No tigger or piglet or going to upset my niece and nephew. Thought there would be a goofy this go around too. Think I'll pass

Think I'll leave Disney Infinity 3.0 until price drops and take punt on Lego Dimensions instead. No doubt I'll pick up Skylanders but DI has left me cold with characters that serve no purpose other than Toybox figures. 2.0's campaign was pretty poor and very short aswell

Hopefully they put the story on the disc this time like skylanders does instead of putting it on the power discs. Just seems more of a cash grab than skylanders and the character toys are not as cool either.

As long as it has playsets for Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens, and Star wars characters for toybox

@2 - There is at least one other version of Mickey out. Well, technically two, since it comes in regular and clear...
