A new trailer for The Order: 1886 has emerged, offering a quick rundown of the game's controls to the basics to the slightly-less-basics. It all seems perfectly straightforward enough.

Ready At Dawn's atmospherically dark and incredibly pretty cover shooter is looking in fine shape ahead of its launch next month, as you'll see in the new gameplay footage below.

The Order: 1886 will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 4 on 20th February, 2015. Why not acquaint yourself with the controls in the video in preparation?

Loved the evil within. AND just like that, I can't get over the useless aspect ratio in games that wI'll only be played on 16x9 televisions. Dumb. Looks great otherwise.

And so it begins, I fear the closer to release we are the more we will find out about the game and so final experience will be spoiled for yet another game.. I will make it a point going forward to not watch or read anymore about this game. Why spoil the experience if you know you're getting it? Kinda like with Uncharted 4=D The less I know, the better it will play once I finally get my hands on it=D

Still not made me change my mind on this game , its a rental at best , and them god aweful black bars top and bottom why ? , why do i wanna lose nearly one 3rd of my screen ? , to make me feel like am watching/playing a movie ? the illusion doesnt work its just annoying , at least give gamers the option the go to full screen if they want to ??

Don't watch the video. It asumes that you've never played a video game before and treats you like an idiot.
Seriously goddamnit, was this necesary? From the gameplay videos one can asume how the controls are gonna be, what are we 5 year old now?

@4 I agree that these controls offer nothing out of the ordinary. They are exactly what I would expect from a third person shooter. I think that they made this video just so that the game could get more press.

@3 who said it was going to have black bars ? Might have a thing like cod when you first play where you setup the picture size to your tv, the video may have been made without setting it to full screen, who knows unless there's been an official word on it.

@7 it's in theatre wide aspect ratio. 2:40:1 or whatever. The whole game will have black bars. Just like the evil within. And it's obnoxious.

@#8 Funny you would say that though, because thanks to that aspect ratio you actually see more on screen. Say there was an option to take that same screen and then zoom in to get rid of black bars, you'd be missing out on about 25% extra field of view. We watch movies like that (at least I do) and even playing Evil Within I got used to it quick, so unless you have tiny TV (and I mean like 40' and less) then what's the big deal?

@9 Because Theatre mode 'tries' to emulate a humans field of vision , problems is , a humans field of vision doesnt have big black bars top and bottom , well mine doesnt anyway , and if anyone else does have them (looking naturally that is) , i strongly recommend an opticion ASAP !!!

@9 wouldn't have to zoom it in if they made it for your screen in the first place. Wider view aside. There's a reason people still use avatar to calibrate new tvs. Made for imax. Fills the whole screen.

@8 I was going to buy an expensive tv that was 21.9 but I thought against it as i only really would work well for movies, tv and consoles would have black bars down the sides. You can't really win but I believe they are going to make tvs in 2017 that roll up so they are really thin you can pretty much wallpaper them to the wall so you could get a massive one for everything, the best part about them is they are clear when the tv is off and are nearly invisible against the wall so no more black lines. Yeah your tv would be smaller and bigger when watching movies but you would no longer see and black.

11 is right , This is what you get from a developer making there first shooter . This game is going to flop because there are too many shooters on the market already . So the story is different , the way they did it is not appealing , and in the end it's still just another shooter . There is not enough in game content and new mechanics to set this game apart .

All the games I have played on ps4 so far allow you to adjust the picture to fit your screen , I have a 50 inch LG and I have yet to see black bars for games , but I do get black bars when I watch Blu-ray movies .

I for one am tired of all the secrecy from developers , I want to know everything about a game before I spend $60.00 on it .
