Want some more tentacular Octodad: Dadliest Catch action? Next week will see some new levels coming to the game for free as part of the upcoming v1.03 patch, with Octodad: Dadliest Catch: the Shorts.

Consisting of two short levels that pick up after the conclusion of the game, you'll be able to discover what became of Octodad and Scarlet or what happened to Stacy and Tommy with Octodad Shorts 'Dad Romance' and 'Medical Mess'.

You'll be able to grab the Octodad Shorts with the free v1.03 patch for PlayStation 4 on October 14th. Octodad: Dadliest Catch will also be available for 50% off from October 14th to October 21st, making it the ideal time to get your tentacles on the game.

It is a fun and amusing game, shame the new levels add no new trophies, I fear a lot of the community will pass on playing them for just that reason.

@#2 I would like to think different. They're free after all and this is ps website. I know Xbox site has lot of dickheads that only get hard on if achievements come with DLC (basically buying achievements caring little about DLC), but users on this site are way better about it from what I've experienced so far..

50% off for a week... makes me think this might be hitting ps+ soon and they are trying to make some money before it does.

I LOVE Octodad! Why isn't this made into a Disney movie?!
