The first of three developer diaries offering some insight into Ovosonico's upcoming PS Vita curio, Murasaki Baby, is available to watch now. It arrives alongside a confirmed release date for the game, which is due to launch for Vita next week.

In Murasaki Baby, you'll utilise the PS Vita's front touchscreen and rear touchpad to guide the eponymous sprog through a nightmarish world, all while striving to keep her safe and ensure her balloon doesn't burst.

It's looking like a unique prospect on PS Vita; one you'll be able to discover for yourself when Murasaki Baby launches on September 16th in North America for $14.99 (or for $11.99 - 20% off for PS Plus members during week one) and on September 17th in the UK and Europe for £9.99.

Ive been looking forward to this game for a while. Looks like ill have to wait a little longer as i wont pay $15 for these downloadable games. Hopefully theres a plus discount to bring it to 10 or 12 at the most.
