Ovosonico has announced that its cute yet creepy, Tim Burton-esque adventure, Murasaki Baby, will be coming to PS Vita next month. A subversive title that makes use of all PS Vita's interface bells and whistles - apart from the analogue sticks and buttons - Murasaki Baby is an intriguing prospect.

Guiding the eponymous Baby from place to place, you'll need to protect her and ensure she's kept safe from harm, sweeping away creatures and manipulating items with your finger on the front touchscreen, while changing landscapes from ominous to happy with a stroke of your digit on the back touchpad.

With unique sketched art direction and nightmarish landscapes, Murasaki Baby is a game to keep your eyes peeled for on PS Vita this September. Take a look at the latest trailer to see why. We'll hopefully have a specific launch date soon.

This was a day one for me until I read this, now I'm not so sure. Using all the gimmicks the vita has has never worked great, think I'll wait for some reviews from you guys before making a decision.

@1 - Yeah, this will really come down to the controls. Metrico was (IMO) a disaster.
