Originally scheduled to be a digital-only title in Europe, SCEE has today announced that Freedom Wars will also be coming to PS Vita as a European retail release. Numerous fan requests have been noted and both a digital and physical version of the game will be available to buy.

An action RPG from Sony Japan Studio, Freedom Wars sees prisoners fighting for what few resources are left in the world, and you'll play as an inmate born into captivity, forced to live and fight in one of the planet's Panopticons.

Freedom Wars will be available as a physical retail release and digital download on the EU PlayStation Store for PS Vita in Europe when it launches later this year. The game launched in Japan last month.

I wanted this game until it was announced it had no English dud, i'm sick of game developers bringing games to English speaking countries without English voice overs, if we wanted to play the game in Japanese we'd just import it from Japan, it's just laziness on there part

Yes awesome! :D and to the guy over me #3, im super happy there is no stupid dub, and we get the true game in japanese with subs. Freqking awesome! Also, its not lazy, to put dub on a game cost alot of monny, and they probebly dont expect to sell so mich that a dub whould be worth it ^^

@3

SEGA didn't dub Project Diva F, but it makes it even better without the dubbing, since it's massively expensive to do that level of localization.

@6 Project Diva F is a rhythm game so doesn't need dubbing, this is an RPG game, I think there is a bit of a difference

#7 if you're the one who downvoted my comment, you're retarded. Also, stop whining and just read, it's freaking sick they even translate this at all.

No dub = no buy, shame looks good as 99% of these map titles are terrible, would of brought retail as well. Some people like no dub some do, the answer is give people the option not hard.

@8 for the record i'm not the one who downvoted your comment and your retarded for thinking that but since we're accusing people why don't you accuse me of giving your recent comment a downvote because that one i actually did and why should i have to read when it should have dub anyway, i refuse to support any game that is not in the language i speak

@9 i agree, that's why i tend to like NIS's games because they usually dub them but keeps the original japanese voice acting in to give people that option, which of course i never use i just stick with the dub

#10 hahaha what!? You REFUSE to support any game that is not in your language haha you are so freaking childish, how old are you man, grow up.
I'm from Sweden, and dude, there is no games in swedish, not even swedish game companys (dice / avalanche) make their games in my language. and you know what, I couldn't care less. Damn bro, you are so whiny xD

Really funny, here i am, in sweden, not complaining at all to play a japanese game with english subs. Even though it probably is 100 times harder for me to do so. Lol. And you, english speaking guy your whole life, can't even handle it, in fact, it's so hard for you that you just REFUSE to play it. Good life bro xD

Also, i'm sorry if i hurt you feeling when i called you retarded, i'll take it back. (Even though your, refusing to play a english subbed game, is kinda questionable xD)
