Borderlands 2 is looking rather tasty on PS Vita, as this latest bit of off-camera footage recorded at GDC 2014 clearly shows.

Showing some action from the early parts of Borderlands 2, the Vita gameplay takes you to the icy climes of Southern Shelf Bay, as battles with bullymongs ensue.

Borderlands 2 is making its way to PS Vita in spring 2014, with a console bundle confirmed for release in North America, priced $199. Check out the footage below.

I read somewhere that you can transfer you're save over, so if you wanted it could be near enough an instant plat.

This and FFX/X-2 i cannot wait for!

Love my Vita, some of my favourite games have been on it.

Gravity Rush is one of my all time favourites.

I've not played an FPS on my Vita yet, how well does the back touchpad replicate the triggers? I get the impression it would be sort of hard to use since you don't get the feeling of pressing it in.

#4 I'm finding it a b1tch to play CoD on my vita. Of course it could be because I don't really like those games

@2 - Randy Pitchford has indicated that there will be cross save functionality.

It was my interpretation that this would have a shared list, and not be stackable, but I could be wrong.

Too bad the framerate is terrible and the game freezes for 1-2 seconds every few minutes.

IGN said the framerate is pretty bad and the controls are not very good. You use the back touchpad for sprint and melee and the melee interrupts aiming I guess. Dunno, I was looking forward to this, but I really hope they make some serious improvements to the performance and tweak the controls...I hate using the back touchpad, makes it so you have to hold the Vita really uncomfortably IMO.

@2

Would use the same trophy list/system.

Meaning no insta-plats like many cross save games...

Also, nice name, suited the question you asked, you made my night LOL

"Did you get a PS4? ... Nah I'm gonna get a XBOX One. It's just the controller, I like the XBOX better." LOL some killer audio there.
