Introduction

Trials Fusion happens to be one of the most difficult games on PS4, but also one of the most rewarding ones. It's a game that's easy to learn, but very hard to master. For the most part, the goal of the game is to ride your bike through an obstacle course, without faulting (i.e. falling off your bike). You accelerate with , brake with , and lean your rider with . It doesn't get any easier than that !

Walkthrough

I'm going to assume you are a complete newcomer to the series, which is not a bad assumption, given it's the first time a Trials game has made an appearance on a Playstation system. So let's start with a few basics. Don't forget to read 'University of Trials' section later on, to get tips on how to improve your riding skills.

The game is split into events, those are vertical stripes when you enter 'Ride' menu. There are a total of 8 events in the base game (starting with Greenhorn's Grove and ending with Master's Gauntlet). Each event contains about 8 different tracks. Initially, you will only be able to access the tracks in the first event. In order to unlock further events, you need to earn a certain amount of medals in the lower event tracks. You earn a bronze medal just by completing a track. In order to earn a silver, gold (and later a platinum) medal, you need to beat a track in very few (or none) faults, and under a certain time limit.

Each track must be completed in under 500 faults (you can see fault counter in top left when riding a track) and 30 minutes, or else you'll automatically fail and have to repeat the track. Whenever you crash you restart from the previous checkpoint. You can restart from a checkpoint, without crashing by pressing . You can restart the whole track by clicking left side of the touchpad.

Vehicle Information:
As you progress through the game you will unlock the following bikes:

  • Buggie - This is your starter bike. You'll only use it until you unlock a better bike, or when a challenge specifically asks you to. The bike is both weak in power, and bad at jumping over obstacles.
  • Roach - This bike is the fastest bike, but also the heaviest. It's great for easy tracks that don't requires a lot of tricky jumps, when all you care about is speed. It's also the only bike you want to use for challenges that require you to balance on your front or back wheel. The moment you start hitting some harder tracks you'll want to use Viper instead.
  • Viper - This is the most versatile bike in the game and should become your default bike the moment you unlock it. It's less powerful than Roach, but has much better jumping capabilities and grip, which will allow you to navigate through even the trickiest of obstacles.
  • Rabbit - it's a bicycle that you'll never want to use, unless the challenge specifically asks you to. Much harder to handle, with the only advantage being it's incredible grip that makes fender grab glitches much easier to perform.
  • FMX - this bike cannot be used on regular tracks, only on FMX Tracks, where you score points by performing tricks.
  • Quad - this vehicle can only be used on specific tracks designed for it. It's actually easier to control than the bikes, since your center of gravity is lower in it.

During the course of the game you will unlock different add-ons for your bikes. You can then buy them inside the Garage. All of the add-ons are cosmetic only and do not improve performance in any way. Make sure to save your money for the Contender and Excavator outfits (about $25,000 total), required for two trophies. After that you can spend as much as you want. Money is never a problem in this game, as you earn it whenever you beat a track, and you'll end up having much more than you can spend.

University of Trials

As I mentioned before Trials Fusion is a very hard game to master. You'll want to get all the help you can get. I highly recommend watching videos by 'Profesor Shady' on his 'University of Trials' youtube channel. It's a great starting point, that will save you a lot of frustration later on. I found his videos do a great job explaining the physics of controlling your bike, which are essential if you're planning on attaining 100% completion. It may seem like a lot of videos to watch, but trust me, it will save you time and frustration in the long run. In particular, you want to watch the following videos (even though they were made for previous version of Trials, the lessons still apply to Trials Fusion):

Step 1 - Core Trophies:
Beat all tracks in the first 7 events to unlock 'The Great Crater' track inside 7th event (Expert's Club). After beating The Great Crater, you will earn 'All Your Game Are Belong to Us' trophy. In the process of reaching that track, you will also unlock 'Wax On, Wax Off' trophy. You may earn another trophy or two by accident, but don't worry about those. Simply focus on completing the tracks first, so you familiarize yourself with handling the bike. Don't worry about golding tracks on first pass either. Just earn enough medals to unlock the next event, and only go back to get better medals on easier tracks, if you need more medals to unlock further events. At the end of this step you will have earned the following trophies:

  • All Your Game Are Belong to Us (Acquire the Trials Trophy)
  • Wax On, Wax Off (Complete Training Program 2)

Step 2 - Easy Cleanup:
Now that you are no longer a complete newbie, it's time for some easy cleanup. Go for the following trophies, they're all relatively easy (I'm listing them in order: easiest to hardest)

  • I Like What You've Done There (Post a time on another player's created track)
  • The Fifth Key (Use the Track Editor to find and pick up the 'Fifth Key' in the Fusion world)
  • Leaving a Fine Lookin' Fossil (Hold a 'Proud Hero' pose to your demise, dressed in an Excavator outfit )
  • That's Not Right! (Get run over by your own bike)
  • The Bike is Your Hula Hoop (Score 20,000 points from one jump on an FMX track)
  • Quadratic (0-fault Fusion Factory with the Quad Bike)
  • Scrooging Around (Earn 24 Gold medals)

Step 3 - Hard Cleanup:
Hopefully you picked up some extra skills, because the following trophies are much harder (again, listed in the order of difficulty)

  • The Full Cavity Treatment (Complete all 3 Track Challenges on any track)
  • Full Throttle III (Complete all 'Full Throttle' Track Challenges in the first 8 Events)
  • Unyielding III (Complete all 'Unyielding' Track Challenges in the first 8 Events)
  • Bright-Eyed & Bushy-Tailed (Find all of the squirrels hidden within the first 8 Events)

Step 4 - Expert Cleanup:
This is where the 'real' Trials Fusion begins. You will spend countless hours working on challenges that will seem impossible at first, but given enough time and dedication, anyone (yes - even you !) can get them done:

  • Through The Fires of Hell (Complete Inferno IV)
  • Is There Anything You Can't Do? (Completed every Track Challenge in the first 8 Events )

Step 5 - Misc Cleanup:
This is not really a step. As you work on other medals/challenges you'll keep earning XP. The moment you reach level 50, you will be able to purchase the required outfit for the following trophy:

  • A Wolf in Wolf's Clothing (Purchase the complete set of a fully upgraded outfit)

Riders of the Rustlands DLC:

Overview:

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 5 (relative to 10 for base game)
  • Offline trophies: 5 (2, 2, 1)
  • Online trophies: 0
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 1-2 hours (skill dependent)
  • Minimum number of playthroughs: N/A
  • Number of missable trophies: N/A
  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A

Introduction:

Riders of the Rustlands is the first of 6 future DLC packs to be released with Trials Fusion. It adds 8 new tracks (6 trials, one skil and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. Compared to the base game it's much easier to complete, since you do not need to pass all the challenges.

Walkthrough

With so few trophies, I'll just list them in the order from easiest to hardest.

  1. Ticket Out of Here (Complete the 'Slumdog Billionaire' challenge on 'Rags to Riches')
  2. Squirrel Scavengers (Find all 3 squirrels on 'Riders of the Rustlands')
  3. -1 (Beat level -1 in 'The Magnetic 10' challenge on 'Junkyard Funk')
  4. Swallowed Whole (Complete the 'Wormfood' challenge on 'Gone to Waste')
  5. Top Dog of the Turf (Pass all tracks on Riders of the Rustlands)

I suggest beating all tracks first, (you may want to skip Devil's Beak initially, since it's Expert). Then earn all trophies starting with the easiest one.

Empire of the Sky DLC:

Overview:

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 8 (relative to 10 for base game)
  • Offline trophies: 5 (2, 2, 1)
  • Online trophies: 0
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 5 hours (skill dependent)
  • Minimum number of playthroughs: N/A
  • Number of missable trophies: N/A
  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A

Introduction:

Empire of the Sky is the 2nd of 6 future DLC packs to be released with Trials Fusion. It adds 8 new tracks (6 trials, one skill and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. It's more difficult than the 1st DLC, but not as hard as the base game, since you don't need to complete all the challenges.

Walkthrough

As usual, I suggest getting the trophies done from easiest to hardest. This DLC has 3 pretty hard trophies, that shouldn't pose a bigger problem for people that 100%'d the base game, but may prove tricky for less experienced players.

You want to start by beating all the tracks, but you may end up struggling with the final Extreme track 'Way of the Machine'. This may well be the hardest track in the entire game, including Inferno IV. The only good news, is that you just need to beat it, there are no challenges associated with it that are required for trophies.

Once you are done beating tracks you should start working on the trophies from easiest to hardest, in the order listed below:

  1. Super Trials (Gatecrash an apartment on 'Winter Getaway' and complete their arcade game)
  2. Silver Spoon Squirrels (Find all 3 squirrels on Empire of the Sky)
  3. Global Sizzling (Destroy all the ecosystems on 'Eden' in a single run )
  4. Lobster and Caviar (Pass all tracks on Empire of the Sky )
  5. Three Birds, One Stone (Complete all 3 challenges on 'Stratosphere' in a single run, with less than 15 faults)

  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A

Introduction:

Welcome to the Abyss is the 3rd of 6 future DLC packs to be released with Trials Fusion. It adds 8 new tracks (6 trials, one skill and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. Compared to the base game it's much easier to complete, since you do not need to pass all the challenges. This DLC is much easier than the 2nd one (Empire of the Sky), and only slightly more difficult than the first DLC (Riders of the Rustlands).

Walkthrough

As usual, start by beating all the tracks (skip 'Deludge' Extreme track initially, if you can't tackle it right away), and then proceed to unlock all the trophies from easiest to hardest. Here they are in the order of difficulty:

With so few trophies, I'll just list them in the order from easiest to hardest.

  1. Gum Chewin' Squirrels (Find all 3 squirrels on Welcome to The Abyss)
  2. Abyssal Interference (Complete the 'Awaken the Kraken' challenge on 'Deluge')

Fire in the Deep DLC:

Overview:

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 9 (relative to 10 for base game)
  • Offline trophies: 5 (2, 2, 1)
  • Online trophies: 0
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 5-15 hours (skill dependent).

  • Number of missable trophies: N/A
  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A

Introduction:

Fire in the Deep is the 4th of 6 DLC packs to be released with Trials Fusion. It adds 11 new tracks (9 trials, one skill and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. This is the hardest DLC released up to date, due to 'Anger Management' trophy which has you to complete a Skill Game, way past the requirements for in-game platinum medal.

Big thanks to Maka for giving me permission to use his video guides. He really puts out quality work, so I encourage you to subscribe to his youtube channel (Maka91Productions) if you want to show your appreciation.

Fault One Zero DLC

Overview:

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 5 (relative to 10 for base game)
  • Offline trophies: 5 (2, 2, 1)
  • Online trophies: 0
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 1-3 hours (skill dependent)
  • Minimum number of playthroughs: N/A
  • Number of missable trophies: N/A
  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A

Introduction:

Fault One Zero is the 5th of 6 DLC packs to be released with Trials Fusion. It adds 10 new tracks (8 trials, one skill and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. This is the easiest DLC released up to date, as none of the trophies require no-fault runs.

Big thanks to Maka for giving me permission to use his video guides. He really puts out quality work, so I encourage you to subscribe to his youtube channel (Maka91Productions) if you want to show your appreciation.

Walkthrough

One of the trophies requires you to beat all the tracks using Rabbit. Because of that, I highly recommend you don't waste your time beating the tracks using other bikes, just do it with a Rabbit to earn both trophies at once:
1. Virtual Virtuoso - Pass all tracks on Fault One Zero
2. Rabbit One Zero - Pass all the Trials tracks on Fault One Zero with the rabbit.

After that you should do the trophies in the following order (easiest to hardest):
3. Quantum Squirrels - Find all 3 squirrels on Fault One Zero
4. Lynx vs Machine - Complete the 'Shutdown' challenge whilst wearing the new DarkLynx helmet
5. Attack of the Clone - Complete the 'Testing Ground' challenge whilst wearing the full level 3 BioTech outfit

After the Incident DLC:

Overview:

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 6 (relative to 10 for base game)
  • Offline trophies: 5 (2, 2, 1)
  • Online trophies: 0
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 1-3 hours (skill dependent)
  • Minimum number of playthroughs: N/A
  • Number of missable trophies: N/A
  • Glitched trophies: N/A
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A
  • Do trophies stack?: N/A
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A

Introduction:

After the Incident is the last of 6 'Season 1' DLC packs to be released for Trials Fusion. It adds 10 new tracks (8 trials, one skill and one FMX), and 5 trophies to go along with them. This is one of the easier DLCs released up to date, with perhaps the last couple obstacles on the expert track offering some difficulty.

Big thanks to Maka for giving me permission to use his video guides. He really puts out quality work, so I encourage you to subscribe to his youtube channel (Maka91Productions) if you want to show your appreciation.

Walkthrough

Here's my suggested play order, based on trophy difficulty (easiest to hardest):

1. Start by beating all the tracks with Pit Viper to earn ' The End ?'. If you're struggling with the expert track, skip it until you earn all the other trophies first.
2. Find all hidden dates to earn ' Rhetoric & Romance'.
3. Complete the 'Lightning Rod' challenge on 'Static Discharge' for ' Dumbstruck'.
4. Reach floor 10 on 'The Tower' for ' Level Up'.
5. Get 40,000 on 'Final Frontier' using Roach for ' Dumbstruck'.

I Like What You've Done There
Post a time on another player's created track (5)

This is the only online trophy in Trials Fusion. All you need to do is complete any user created track online. To do that, select Track Central option, and then choose any of the tracks available there. Pick 'Newest Easy Tracks' if you want to get it over with fast.

The Bike is Your Hula Hoop
Score 20,000 points from one jump on an FMX track (2)

Normally, this would be a tricky trophy, but luckily there's an easy glitch. Here are the steps to reproduce it:

  1. Go to Skill Showcase event and select Airtime FMX track.
  2. Ride your bike all the way to the last checkpoint, and stop by the big fan.
  3. You want to slowly inch over the ramp so that the fan blows you up into the air.
  4. Now you want to move your right stick in one direction to perform a trick, and hold it there.
  5. At the same time keep rotating your bike counterclockwise with the left stick.
  6. Your score counter will continue increasing, and once it passes 20,000 you can bail out with .
  7. After your rider hits the ground, simply wait for the track timer to run out, and you will be awarded the trophy.

Credit for discovering this method goes to Chris Oak. Here's a video by Blackout Bros:

Scrooging Around
Earn 24 Gold medals

You need to earn 24 gold medals on the event tracks. You earn gold medals by completing a track with 0 faults and under a certain time limit. You can also earn gold medals on skill tracks, but those are usually trickier than regular tracks. I suggest you simply start attempting to gold tracks with the easiest ones (first event), and if you can't get it, move on to the next one. After very little practice, this trophy shouldn't pose any challenges even for new players. See 'University of Trials' section at the beginning of this guide for tips on how to improve your Trial Fusion riding skills.

Lastly, here's a very handy chart made by bhayward2000 listing all tracks and their associated medal requirements. You can switch between events using tabs on the bottom of the page: Trials Fusion Medals.

Quadratic
0-fault Fusion Factory with the Quad Bike (1)

You need to unlock both the Fusion Factory track (located inside Urban Sprawl event), and the Quad Bike, both of which you should have done in the process of unlocking first 7 events. You unlock items by earning medals. To pop the trophy, you need to beat the Fusion Factory track with 0 faults. It's a medium difficulty track, so you should have no issues beating it after a few attempts. If you're still having trouble, here's a video walkthrough from Maka:

Wax On, Wax Off
Complete Training Program 2

Another easy trophy that can't be missed. Training Program 2 is the first track in the 2nd event (Arctic Open). You'll need to complete the track in order to earn the trophy and unlock the remaining tracks.

All Your Game Are Belong to Us
Acquire the Trials Trophy (1)

To get this trophy, you need to complete all tracks in the first 7 events. Each event has about 8 tracks inside, so you're looking at around 50 tracks. You will have little trouble completing the Easy and Medium difficulty tracks, but may need to work on your riding skills once you reach the Hard difficulty tracks in later events. The trophy will pop when you beat the final track inside Expert's Club event, called The Great Crater. I recommend watching 'University of Trials' videos in the beginning of this guide for tips on how to get better.

A Wolf in Wolf's Clothing
Purchase the complete set of a fully upgraded outfit (1)

You can purchase different outfits in Garage Menu. Each outfit is composed of 3 pieces (helmets, tops, bottoms). Also most outfits come in three tiers. You buy outfits with cash you earn for beating tracks. In order to buy an outfit, you need to unlock it by reaching a certain XP level. You increase your XP level by earning medals, completing track challenges, or participating in online tournaments. The earliest you can earn this trophy, is when you reach level 50. You will then be able to select Contender outfit, and buy all nine pieces available. This will cost you about $15,000, and earn you the trophy.

You can cheat your way to high XP by searching online user created tracks for 'XP', and selecting a 'Skill Game' track. They typically end the moment you start them, and earn you XP right away, so you can just keep restarting them over and over. See the following video for details. This defeats the purpose of the game, however, and takes away from the fun.

Through The Fires of Hell
Complete Inferno IV

Inferno IV is one of the Extreme tracks inside the final event. You will unlock it when you earn enough medals in all previous events. If you are new to trials, you will not be able to beat this track right away. You may not be even able to beat the track after you gold all the tracks in the first 7 events, which is why I suggest you leave this trophy as one of the last ones you need to complete. When you're ready to tackle the track, you'll want to watch the following tutorial by 'Professor FatShady' from 'University of Trials':

I also recommend looking at the following thread, for a great method to get through the very first jump. I found it to be the most consistent approach. Credit goes to ifistbrowni:
Inferno IV First Jump Method

One thing to keep in mind, is that you 'only' have 500 faults or 30 minutes to complete the game. It may seem like a lot, but it's not if you've never attempted an extreme track before. Chances are you will use up the 500 faults on the very first jump alone, which is why I strongly recommend to watch some tutorials first.

Another tip is taking advantage of the following test track created by Bothr1c. Go to Track Central menu, and search for tracks created by him. The track you want to use is called "Track Training All Bikes". It is a custom track that contains a lot of hard obstacles from extreme tracks, and the best thing is, you can skip between checkpoints just by pressing or . That way you can practice an obstacle that gives you trouble (like barrel jump on inferno), without having to waste time getting to the obstacle on the actual course.

Bright-Eyed & Bushy-Tailed
Find all of the squirrels hidden within the first 8 Events (1)

There is a total of 20 squirrels hidden throughout different tracks, and in order to earn the trophy, you need to find them all. I'll start by saying that most of them are pretty much impossible to find on your own, as they require multiple steps to trigger their appearance. Instead, I strongly suggest using the following guide by Maka (he has a ton of high quality video guides, so make sure to subscribe to his youtube channel): Maka91Productions). Also, don't expect this to be an easy trophy, as some squirrels require pretty advanced riding skills, especially on hard tracks:

Squirrel Locations (1-10):
1. [0:05] - Waterworks
2. [1:10] - Observatory
3. [1:53] - Cliffhanger
4. [2:41] - Ski or Ride
5. [3:24] - Shear Pressure
6. [3:55] - Skyscraper Showdown
7. [4:27] - Park and Ride
8. [5:05] - Blimp My Ride
9. [6:02] - Road to Ruin
10. [6:38] - Stormtrooper

Squirrel Locations (11-20):
11. [0:05] - Marina Marina
12. [0:51] - Base Invader
13. [1:58] - Swamp Crash
14. [2:42] - Temple Trouble
15. [3:54] - Rocky Road
16. [4:36] - Eco Park
17. [5:56] - Cold Storage
18. [6:15] - Cave Dweller
19. [6:38] - Covert Ops
20. [7:07] - Jungle Gymkhana

The Fifth Key
Use the Track Editor to find and pick up the 'Fifth Key' in the Fusion world (1)

To earn this trophy, you need to use track editor in order to find a small golden key. The key is hidden in the middle of a mountain, and will require you to use editor tools to dig down to it. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to do it:

  1. Select 'Create' from main menu, that will take you to track editor.
  2. Once in the editor press to set track start.
  3. Move the camera a little to the right with left stick and press again to set track end.
  4. Once you place track start and end you will be able to start editing terrain.
  5. Move to the following location on the map, use radar in top right corner to orient yourself in the exact same spot. You want to go to the mountain range that's slightly to the right of your starting point.
  6. Now you want to enter New Object menu by clicking button.
  7. Once there scroll to the right until you find 'Environment' option, then press on it.
  8. In the submenu find 'Terrain Modifications' and press on it again.
  9. Your cursor will now be surrounded with a giant red circle.
  10. Now you want to edit object properties by clicking button again.
  11. With Object Properties window up select the following options using arrow buttons:
    • Category: Holes
    • Decal: Crater 5
  12. Press to exit the Object Properties window.
  13. Now you want to move your cursor over the mountain, and keep pressing to place craters over it. Doing that will gradually eat away at the mountain and uncover the key. (WARNING: Do not press any other button - just , otherwise you'll have to repeat the Object Properties setup again)
  14. When you find the key, press and get close enough to the key so that you can place your crosshair cursor on it.
  15. Now all you need to do is press to pick up the key, and the trophy should pop.

Here's a video guide by Rooster Teeth:

Leaving a Fine Lookin' Fossil
Hold a 'Proud Hero' pose to your demise, dressed in an Excavator outfit (1)

Steps to earning the trophy:

  1. Buy and equip Excavator outfit from the Garage/Rider menu. You can just buy the 1st tier of the outfit, which unlocks at level 14 and will cost you $6,000.
  2. Complete FMX Training Program track inside Urban Sprawl event, to unlock Daredevil Showdown FMX track.
  3. Start Daredevil Showdown track and slowly drive off the very first ledge.
  4. When falling, get your bike in horizontal position with the left stick.
  5. Pull right stick straight down and hold it to perform a 'Proud Hero' pose (the rider will stand up on the bike).
  6. When you hit the bottom, while still holding the pose, you will earn the trophy.

Here's a video guide by Maka:

The Full Cavity Treatment
Complete all 3 Track Challenges on any track

Each track has 3 challenges associated with it. You can view the challenges in the main menu by pressing on the track, or you can view them while riding the track, by clicking the right side of the touchpad. Usually the challenges consist of one easy, one medium and one hard challenge.

For this particular trophy, I recommend sticking with the very first track (Turbine Terror track inside Greenhorn's Grove event). You will need to complete the following three challenges (Sick Flipping, Nice and Calm and Unyielding 1):

1. Slick Flipping: Complete at least 10 flips whilst performing a zero fault run.
This is straightforward. Ride through the track without faulting once, and flipping forward or backwards whenever you get some air. There's plenty opportunities to do it, so this challenge shouldn't pose a problem.

2. Nice and Calm: Stop all of the turbines by finding the hidden switch.
The switch is right at the very beginning. To reach it you need to bail out (using a ), as soon as you are jumping off the second ramp, and then keep holding to grab hold of the chain. The chain will then lift and move on top of the switch. You can then let go of the and land on the switch to unlock the challenge. It is possible to jump just right and land on top of the switch, without grabbing the chain, but it's easier to just grab the chain instead (like in this video).

Here are exact steps to perform a successful bail if you're still having a problem.

  1. Go really slow over the first ramp, so you can get maximum run-up distance to the second ramp.
  2. Once over the first ramp, lean back and hit full throttle.
  3. When you reach the second ramp, while going up on it, lean forward and press to bail at the same time.
  4. Keep holding your left stick in the top right direction to continue to fly towards the rope.
  5. Keep holding to grab hold of the rope.
  6. Only let go of once you're on top of the switch.

3. Unyielding 1: Perform a zero fault run without leaning.
This challenge requires you to pass the track without crashing or leaning. See Unyielding III trophy guide for tips on how to accomplish that.

Finally here's a video by 360GameTV completing all 3 challenges:

  1. [0:06] - Slick Flipping
  2. [1:10] - Nice and Calm
  3. [1:42] - Unyielding I

Unyielding III
Complete all 'Unyielding' Track Challenges in the first 8 Events (1)

This trophy is one of the tougher ones, and requires you to pass 3 specific tracks, without any faults and no leaning. That means you can only use Throttle or Brakes to control your bike. The best bike to use here is Roach. You will quickly find that going full speed at all times does not work, as your bike will often rotate in such a way that you will crash when landing. What you want to do is figure out the correct speed to pass each jump. Sometimes you don't even want to hit throttle at all, and just let your momentum carry you.

Also a very important tip. If you end up being in the air, and notice that your front wheel is lifting up way too high (or you're rotating counterclockwise too fast), you can fix it by tapping the brakes while holding gas with while still in air. Unfortunately there is no way to correct your bike position if it's leaning forward too much, or rotating clockwise too fast. The only way to counteract that is giving your bike more speed when jumping off a ramp.

Here's a video by Maka completing all 3 required tracks:

  1. [0:20] - Turbine Terror (in Greenhorn's Grove)
  2. [1:28] - Cliffhanger (in Greenhorn's Grove)
  3. [2:45] - Bunglaow Beach (in Rainforest Rumble)

Full Throttle III
Complete all 'Full Throttle' Track Challenges in the first 8 Events

This trophy requires you to pass 3 specific tracks on full throttle. This trophy is slightly easier than the Unyielding one. In this case you can lean on your bike, but you can't let go off the gas or press the brakes. Using Roach is recommended for Full Throttle challenges.

The main tip here, is that you can control your speed to a degree, by leaning. Lean forward to go a little slower, lean back to go faster. The less pressure you apply on your rear wheel the slower you'll go. Also if you need to slow down after landing, make sure to land with your front wheel first, as the resulting bounce will lose some of your speed.

Here's a video by Maka completing all 3 required tracks:

  1. [0:24] - Waterworks (in Greenhorn's Grove)
  2. [1:13] - Skyscraper Showdown (in Urban Sprawl)
  3. [2:18] - Tropic Storm (in Rainforest Rumble)

Is There Anything You Can't Do?
Completed every Track Challenge in the first 8 Events (8)

This is the hardest trophy in the entire game, and you'll be spending most of your time trying to earn it. It requires you to complete every single challenge in the base game (you do not need to complete DLC track challenges). Each track has 3 challenges associated with it. You can see the challenges in the main menu, by hovering over the track and clicking , or when you're riding the track by clicking right side of the touchpad. The only tracks that do not have any challenges are Training Tracks and Skill Games.

Once you complete a challenge it will turn green and get a checkmark next to it. Also, you can easily tell your challenge completion by looking at 3 small black squares on each track inside event menu. When you complete a challenge, the corresponding square will turn from black to white.

The challenges range from some easy to some very tough ones that will take a lot of practice to complete. The two toughest challenges, that you want to leave until the very end, are The Pipephobia (0-fault Sheer Pressure track without touching any of the pipes with the front wheel) and Top Roach (0-fault Rock of Rages track with Roach bike).

There are 120 challenges you'll need to complete, so I created a separate thread dedicated to help you with that goal:

Secret Trophies

That's Not Right!
Get run over by your own bike

This is a relatively easy trophy. You want to fall off your bike, and have the bike run you over afterwards. You'll most likely get it by accident when you crash at one point or another. But if you really want to get it fast, the best way to do it is on 'Big Air' Skill Game inside the 2nd Event (Arctic Open). You want to perform the jump by bailing at the very end of the track by pressing and holding , and then use the left stick to guide your rider so he falls down on the track in front of the bike, allowing it to run you over. You should get it after a few tries, here's a video by TheVisualGamingHQ demonstrating the method:

DLC: Riders of the Rustlands
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

-1
Beat level -1 in 'The Magnetic 10' challenge on 'Junkyard Funk'

This is a medium difficulty trophy. It can be unlocked on 'Junkyard Funk' track. You want to use a Roach for this one. Around 6th checkpoint (right after you see a big magnet lift a bomb in the air), you want to stop and reverse to press a red button on a pipe. When you do that you'll be able to drop down, and into a secret compartment below.

You will then have to pass through a series of magnetic levels. Blue magnets repel your bike (they almost act like fans), and Red magnets attract it.

The good news is that you can fault as many times as you want (as long as you keep it below 500 of course), and you'll still earn the trophy. The levels are actually pretty fun and short, almost puzzle-like.

The important part is to stop at the end of level 7. DO NOT proceed to level 8. Once you reach the gate at the end of level 7, you'll notice that the pipe behind you opens up. You now want to slowly back into it, to enter level -1.

Once you pass level -1, you'll earn the trophy.

Here's a video guide by Maka:

Ticket Out of Here
Complete the 'Slumdog Billionaire' challenge on 'Rags to Riches'

This is a very unusual challenge, but also an extremely easy one. You earn it on 'Rags to Riches' track. Go through the track, until you reach a big yellow billboard with a rider and 'Biotech' sign on it. Once you drive over it and drop down, reverse into a pipe. That will trigger the 'Trials Billionaire' game.

You will be asked a series of 14 questions. You select the correct question with the d-pad, and pressing . The questions are all related to FMX tricks. They're easy, but if you are not familiar with the trick names, simply use the list below. Any entry from the list below will always be the correct answer. In other words, once you see the four answers. Pause the game, and check the list below. If an answer is on the list below, then it's the correct one. I list the answers in Alphabetical order, but they'll be random during your game:

  1. Bow
  2. Coffin
  3. Dead Body
  4. Driller
  5. Going To Heaven
  6. Going To Hell
  7. Going Up
  8. Kiss of Death
  9. Polevault
  10. Proud Hero
  11. Ruler
  12. Slash
  13. Superman
  14. Underdog

Here's a video guide by Maka:

Swallowed Whole
Complete the 'Wormfood' challenge on 'Gone to Waste'

This is a medium difficulty trophy. You want to be playing on 'Gone to Waste' track, and use the Viper. Ride, until you get to a quater-circle pipe. You want to ride up it, and flip backwards onto a plank being supported by two metal poles. Each time you drop on the plank, it will drop a bit. Once you do it 3 times, a green bomb will drop from the end of the plank. You can now reverse into the hole and initiate the challenge.

The track you need to pass is fairly difficult, especially the checkpoint before the last one. It's definitely harder than Hard difficulty tracks, but not quite as difficult as some extremes. As usual, if you're struggling, you may need to go to the basics, and watch some University Of Trials videos. The good news is, you can fault as many times as you want (under 500).

Here's a video guide by Maka:

Squirrel Scavengers
Find all 3 squirrels on Riders of the Rustlands

I honestly don't know how people find all these squirrels legit. They're just hidden so damn well. As usual with squirrels, I suggest using a video guide. Here's my favorite one by Maka (he has a ton of high quality video guides, so make sure to subscribe to his youtube channel): Maka91Productions). BTW, the easter egg cutscene for the 2nd (wrecking ball) squirrel has to be the best one I've ever seen (it's not included in the video below, but you can see it here).

  1. [0:05] - Junkyard Funk
  2. [1:00] - Rags to Riches
  3. [2:18] - Gone to Waste

Top Dog of the Turf
Pass all tracks on Riders of the Rustlands

A straightforward, Medium difficulty trophy - you need to beat all the tracks. You are only likely to struggle with the single extreme track included in this DLC, called 'Devil's Beak'. I suggest using Professor Fat Shady's tutorial if you can't get through it on your own:

DLC: Empire of the Sky
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Super Trials
Gatecrash an apartment on 'Winter Getaway' and complete their arcade game

This is the easiest trophy in this DLC, and it's also pretty fun. Right after the 2nd checkpoint in 'Winter Getaway' you'll see an apartment building with two hatches on top. You need to bail () into the left hatch and complete a mini Super Trials game on a computer game inside Trials Fusion. Inception anyone? The mini-game is relatively easy, but there are no checkpoints, so it may take you a couple of tries to get through it. If you crash, you start from the beginning of the mini-track, so at least you don't have to worry about bailing into the hatch again. The trophy will pop once you complete the mini-track.

Here's a video guide by Maka:

Three Birds, One Stone
Complete all 3 challenges on 'Stratosphere' in a single run, with less than 15 faults

This is the hardest trophy in this DLC. You need to get through 3 hidden rooms on Stratsophere track, with 15 faults or less, all in a single run. 15 faults may seem like a lot, but you'll need most of those for the 3rd room.

Here's how you find each challenge room:

  • Enter the Furnace - cut the wire with your front tire, then back down to find the hidden room.
  • Laser Quest - bail onto a hanging electrical box, then drive forward and back into the hidden room (tip: don't bail right after you jump off the ramp; give yourself a little time to rotate the bike forward - then bail).
  • Gravity the Situation - bail into a circular device mounted outside the space station, then roll back into the room.

Here's a video by Maka, which will be followed by detailed walkthrough by me, to give you an idea how to get through some of the tougher obstacles, since he glosses over some of them:

Here's a video by me. I do not provide commentary, but you may find some of my techniques more consistent:

Global Sizzling
Destroy all the ecosystems on 'Eden' in a single run

This trophy is medium difficulty, and what makes it hard is the fact that you cannot fault during the first ecosystem. You want to use Pit Viper.
Steps:

  1. Wait for a few seconds at spawn point to be set on fire by a flying platform.
  2. Proceed to the end of the first ecosystem, without touching the water. You cannot stop or slow down for too long, because you'll crash. If you fault at any point, you'll need to restart the track.
  3. You need to turn off the water fountain by dropping down on a button.
  4. Once you pass through a burning ring of fire, and a gate closes behind you, you can relax. After that point you can fault as many times as you want. That completes the 1st of 3 challenges.
  5. Continue on the track, until you reach a broken pipe, spraying oil.
  6. Drive to the top of the hill, and find a ramp with an electrical wire on top of it. Touch it with your front wheel, to set your bike on fire.
  7. Roll back down into the spraying oil, to complete the 2nd of 3 challenges.
  8. Continue down the track until you see a little waterfall in the background (you'll be sitting on a wooden deck)
  9. Trigger the checkpoint and roll back down to press a button and complete the 3rd of 3 challenges. Your trophy should pop at this point.

Here's a video by Maka. One note is that during his run, @35 seconds, he performs a bunny hop off his back tire. This can be tricky, especially if you're not an expert rider. Instead you want to get to the top, and slow down as you are about to reach it. Then land on it with both your wheels and perform a regular bunny hop over the water. You still need to do it fast, because otherwise you'll catch on fire, but it's easier than doing it in one step as shown in the video:

Silver Spoon Squirrels
Find all 3 squirrels on Empire of the Sky

As usual with those damn squirrels, you can waste hours of your life trying to find them on your own, or you can just use a video guide. You'll only have trouble with the first squirrel, as it requires flying for quite some time after bailing from your bike. Remember that you can get more air, if you lean back and then forward just the moment you bail out (you bail out with ). I recommend Maka's video guide for this trophy (he has a ton of high quality video guides, so make sure to subscribe to his youtube channel): Maka91Productions):

  1. [0:05] - Stratosphere
  2. [0:28] - Winter Getaway
  3. [0:58] - The Substratum

Lobster and Caviar
Pass all tracks on Empire of the Sky

You'll see this type of trophy in every single DLC - you need to pass all the tracks. The only one you're likely to struggle with, is the very last Expert track: Way of the Machine. This is so far the hardest track in Trials Fusion, right up there with Inferno IV in number and difficulty of hard obstacles. If you're not an experienced Trials rider, you'll definitely want to watch the following tutorial by 'Professor Fat Shady'. And as usual, if you are still struggling - go back to the basics, and watch University of Trials Videos:

DLC: Welcome to the Abyss
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Insights into the Past
Finish all of the hidden Ancient Warp Zones

Three tracks contain hidden Warp Zones (Titan Causeway, Enter Atlantis and Ancient Machine). You need to beat all of them in order to get the trophy. Luckily none of the zones are extremely hard, and I found them much easier than the final Warp Zones in the base game. You obviously want to be using Pit Viper.

You'll definitely want to familiarize yourself with the 'fapping' technique, where you hold throttle, while quickly tapping the brake button. That allows you to slowly tip your bike forward, while standing on the front wheel. It's needed a few times, especially in the first Warp Zone, to get up and over some vertical walls.

Here's the video by Maka:

Abyssal Interference
Complete the 'Awaken the Kraken' challenge on 'Deluge'

This is an Expert track challenge, but the good news is you only need to beat half the level to complete it, and you can fault as many times as you want. Your goal is to turn 3 screens from red to green, and then drive past a point that triggers the Kraken, which is half-way into the track. You obviously want to be using a Pit Viper.

One thing you need to remember is to trigger the 2nd checkpoint, before backing up and turning the first screen green. If you just do it from the 1st checkpoint, it won't count (the screen will revert to red).

Here's the video by Maka:

Elemental Triumph
Pass the thunder storm in 'The Long Haul' whilst on fire!

It's one of those rare cases where you actually want to be using a Roach, because the track was designed with it in mind. The goal is to 0-fault the entire track, while on fire. As is usually the case with your rider on fire, you can't afford to stop or slow down for too long, or you'll risk crashing.

To trigger the challenge, bail out from the spawn point to the right onto an altar in front of an ancient statue that will light you on fire. You will then respawn, but don't start riding yet. Stay on the pipe, until you hear a thunder in the background. Only then jump across onto the track, otherwise the challenge won't count. You want to make sure the track turned dark, if it didn't you haven't triggered it properly.

I suggest you do a couple of practice runs first without catching fire, to make sure you can 0-fault the track (it helps memorizing it), and only then attempt the challenge, as it will be slightly more difficult due to it being dark. If you fault at any point, you'll have to restart the track, which can get annoying.

Here's the video by Maka:

Gum Chewin' Squirrels
Find all 3 squirrels on Welcome to The Abyss

It wouldn't be a proper Trials DLC if it didn't have any squirrels in it. Once again we have 3 more squirrels to find. None of them are hard to reach this time, so just use a video guide by Maka (he has a ton of high quality video guides, so make sure to subscribe to his youtube channel): Maka91Productions):

  1. [0:05] - The Rabbit Hole
  2. [0:47] - Titan Causeway
  3. [1:22] - Ancient Machine

Let Sleeping Octopus Lie
Pass all tracks on Welcome to The Abyss

An expected trophy for beating all tracks. They're all relatively easy, with exception of the Expert 'Deluge' track, which may take a little work, but is much easier than 'Way of the Machine' Expert track from the previous DLC. If you're struggling, you'll want to watch the following tutorial by 'Professor Fat Shady' from University of Trials:

DLC: Fire in the Deep
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Log Lady
Find all of Commander Zudina's audio logs

There is a total of 9 audio logs (1 per track). They look like big cassette recorders, and you need to press a red button in front of them to make it count (you'll see a little pop up in top right corner, similar to the way you find squirrels).

Here's a video by Maka showing the location of each audio log:

Anger Management
Reach the 5th Circle in the 'Circles of Hell' skill game

This is the hardest trophy in all DLCs released so far, and although not as hard as Pipephobia or Top Roach, it's definitely right behind those in terms of difficulty.

In order to earn it you need to complete 4 circles in 'Circles of Hell' Skill Game. Each circle consists of driving around the track, which takes a little over 1 minute. Each time you complete a circle around the track, it becomes more difficult by putting tougher obstacles in your path.

On top of that you are also set on fire, which means you can't stop for too long, or your bike will explode. And since it's a skill game, the moment you fault, you need to start the whole thing over again.

While the actual track is not that bad, even on 4th level (it's about medium-hard difficulty there), the problem is that you really don't have much room for error, since you will usually not have enough time to recover from your mistakes. It's also impossible to practice a single obstacle, since there are no checkpoints.

You will earn the trophy when you drive for 1880m, which takes about 5 minutes. You can get an idea of how difficult it is by realizing that you only need 1500m to earn the Platinum medal.

I will start by posting a video by Maka, to give you an idea of what you need to do, and then I'll add a few tips for some trickier parts:

Let me preface this by saying that you shouldn't even think about earning this trophy if you can't consistently beat the first two stages. There are no tricky parts in those, and if you keep failing them, you need more practice. Eventually you'll get to a point, where you can always get to Stage 3, and will continue to fail on obstacles there. Only once you can get to Stage 4 every other game, you will have a decent shot at the trophy.

Here's a video by me, riding what I believe to be the easiest (most consistent) path:

Below are tips for some of the trickier obstacles. If you're stuck on some other ones, post below, and I'll do my best to explain how to get through them.

The obstacle above gave me a lot of trouble when I first reached Stage 3. The ramp flattens and you can no longer jump up the following cliff. What worked for me was slamming into it at full speed. Then letting go off the gas, and leaning forward. Only once the bike stabilizes you press gas again to go up the hill. It took a while to get this down, but I rarely faulted there afterwards.

Shown in the image above on Stage 3, I found the easiest way to cross the three plate obstacle, is to pause on the middle plate, back up and jump across while leaning forward. Note that you can only do it if you're below 50% fire level. Otherwise you'll have to either jump without backing up, or try dropping to the bottom plate first. Remember that you can't do this trick on Stage 4. You always need to drop to the bottom plate there, though I did see some people making the jump all the way across from the very first plate.

I always go below the ramp in the image above, even on later stages. Make sure to slow down before you drop by gently tapping on your brakes. I've never faulted once doing it that way.

I believe the single suspended plate and the vertical plate right afterwards, in the image above, are the hardest obstacles on the track (Stage 4). What worked for me was:

  1. Drop down onto the suspended plate by leaning forward and applying very little gas.
  2. The moment you touch the plank, lean back and then forward again to bunny jump over the bar, don't forget to hit full throttle.
  3. Then continue to hold gas and lean back as much as possible to jump up the vertical steel plate. Leaning back will ensure your rear wheel will make contact with the vertical plate as you reach the top, at which point you want to lean forward to clear it.

Shown above is the final obstacle, and you definitely don't want to mess it up after getting all the way there (happened to me). You don't want to go full speed into it. Just roll down the hill, and then speed up at the last moment as you're going up the two plates. Otherwise, you'll end up overshooting the drum, and landing in the lava beyond it. You want to have just enough power to jump on top of it, not overshoot it.

Curiosity Killed the Cat
Clear the 'Hunter of Secrets' challenge on 'Deeper Underground'

This is probably the easiest trophy in this DLC. You need to play on 'Deeper Underground' map, and take the lower riding line (which you'll probably do anyway, since it's the easier one). You'll get to a checkpoint with a crossed out bike sign. After you trigger the checkpoint, simply bail from the bike to enter first person mode.

While earning this trophy, I highly recommend you also pick up the hidden Audio Log which can be found right after you enter the light. Check Log Lady video at 5:27 mark for exact location). Otherwise you'll have to go through FPS mode one more time to get there again.

Here's a video by Maka:

Infernal Squirrels
Find all 3 squirrels on Fire in the Deep

It wouldn't be a proper Trials DLC if it didn't have any squirrels in it. Once again we have 3 more squirrels to find. The third squirrel in particular is pretty cool if you're a fan of the Terminator movies.

Also a quick warning. The trophy did glitch on me the first time I tried to earn it. You can read the details here. It could be an isolated incident, which is why I didn't list it as glitched trophy in the guide, but just to be safe, you want to backup your Trials Fusion save game onto a USB stick or PS+, before you attempt finding them.

Here's a video by Maka:

The Rising Phoenix
The Rising Phoenix Pass all tracks on Fire in the Deep

You'll find all the tracks quite easy in this DLC. Even the Expert track is on the easier side (possibly the easiest Expert track in any DLC so far), and doesn't require any advanced techniques to get through.

There aren't any detailed walkthrough's for the Expert track yet, but here's a youtube user Shawn Paterson doing a decent job completing it:

DLC: Fault One Zero
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Lynx vs Machine
Complete the 'Shutdown' challenge whilst wearing the new DarkLynx helmet

To earn the trophy you need to do the following:

  1. Equip DarkLynx helmet in Rider menu (the helmet will be all the way on the right). I don't believe there are any level requirements to acquire it.
  2. Start 'Mech Unleashed' track, press 4 hidden buttons with your bike.
  3. The trophy will pop once you complete the track.

Here's a video by Maka:

Rabbit One Zero
Pass all the Trials tracks on Fault One Zero with the rabbit

This is the hardest trophy in this DLC, but it's not that bad compared to previous DLCs. You will have little trouble with most tracks, and may only get stuck on one or two obstacles on the single Extreme track (Robot Wasteland). Luckily you can fault as many times as you want, so you're bound to get through it just by trial and error. If you're still struggling, check out Professor FatShady's video tutorial for the last track:

Attack of the Clone
Complete the 'Testing Ground' challenge whist wearing the full level 3 BioTech outfit

To earn this trophy you need to do the following:

  1. Equip BioHazard suit Level 3 in the Rider menu. Note that you need to be level 100 to be able to purchase all 3 pieces at the highest tier (helmet, tops, bottoms). You can level up by earning medals in tracks (both offline and online), and completing challenges. The suit will cost you almost $100,000, but by the time you are level 100 you will have more than enough money to afford it.
  2. Start Clone Facility level, and get to the part right after you ride up two elevators.
  3. Stop your bike on the blue square for a few seconds, and wait for the track to re-configure itself to a harder mode.
  4. Complete the rest of the track to earn the trophy.

Here's a video by Maka:

Quantum Squirrels
Find all 3 squirrels on Fault One Zero

It wouldn't be a proper Trials DLC if it didn't have any squirrels in it. Once again we have 3 more squirrels to find. The squirrels in this installment are very easy (once you know where they are of course). Here's a video by Maka describing their locations:

Virtual Virtuoso
Pass all tracks on Fault One Zero (1)

You'll find all the tracks quite easy in this DLC. Even the Expert track is not too bad, with only one or two challenging obstacles. If you are struggling with the Expert track, check out Professor Shady's detailed video tutorial on passing it below:

DLC: After the Incident
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Rhetoric & Romance
Go on all 5 dates with SynDI on After the Incident

This is similar to the squirrel trophies from other DLC's. You need to find 5 hidden dates, and watch their cutscenes to completion in order for the trophy to pop (you know the scene is complete when the squirrel count increments in upper right corner of the display).

The five dates are located on the following maps:

  1. Force Majeure
  2. Forgotten Peak
  3. Overflow
  4. Storm Chaser
  5. Static Discharge

Here's a video by Maka:

The End?
Pass all tracks on After the Incident

While there are no very tough tracks in this DLC, you may struggle a bit with the last couple of expert track (Meteorain) obstacles. If that's the case, you may find the following two videos from Professor Shady's University of Trials helpful. The first video gives you a detailed tutorial of the entire track, while the second video goes into detail on the two hardest obstacles.

Level Up
Reach floor 10 on 'The Tower'

For this trophy you need to play the skill game track (The Tower), and reach Level 10. The trophy is far easier than some of the skill game challenges from previous DLC's. If you're a competent rider, you should be able to get it without too many retries.

Here's a video by Maka:

Underdog
Beat a score of 40,000 on 'Final Frontier' whilst riding the Roach with the Frontier BodyKit

This is probably the hardest trophy in this DLC.

The first thing you need to do is equip Frontier Bodykit on your Roach in the Garage. It's free and comes with the DLC.

You are then required to perform FMX tricks on Final Frontier track, using the Roach. FMX scoring rules apply. In other words, you want to perform as many unique tricks as possible, and complete the run without faulting. You also need to build up your multiplier by doing tricks continuously without screwing up. Assuming you did all that you'll end up getting over 10,000 bonus points at the end. One way or the other, it will definitely take you a number of tries.

Here's a video by Maka:

Dumbstruck
Complete the 'Lightning Rod' challenge on 'Static Discharge'

This trophy requires you to assemble a lightning rod out of three parts, and then get struck with a lightning on 'Static Discharge' track. Using Pit Viper is recommended. The good news is you can fault as many times as you want, which makes this trophy much easier than it would've been otherwise.

Here's a video by Maka:

DLC: Awesome Level MAX
Cost: TBD Trophies: 5

Brawlin' Squirrels
Find all squirrels on the RedLynx vs All-Stars event
The Right Blueprints
Pass all tracks on the Awesome Adventure event

Reach the 40th side of the cube on Cubicle Space
Lee Woz 'Ere
Perform a zero fault run in Neo Bradford whilst wearing the Neo Hooligan outfit
