LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean Trophies
And really bad eggs
Play as all the Extra Toggle characters

Whenever you start a free play level you get to choose a character to use and the game will also give you other characters you can use on the level.
If you activate the Red Hat cheat “Extra Toggle” whilst in the hub, these additional characters given to you will be more than normal.
When you start the free play level just press either or to cycle through the playable characters until you are back to your starting character.
Repeat this for every free play level and the trophy will unlock at some point during the final chapter of Film 4.

The trophy says that you have to go into every level and swap through every character in the game (having the extra toggle red hat on helps because it gives you extra people to use in free play which speeds up using every lego character.

But when i did it i just went into 'Port Royal' i think it was 12 times and swapped through the characters that way and it unlocked.

By that i mean loaded port royal, swapped through the characters quickly, reloaded the level, and repeat

Also worth mentioning...

If you cycle through the characters, choose "Save and Exit", and go to the next level, make sure you pick up at least one stud, or the option to "Save and Exit" won't be given!

Film 1 ch 2 gives Nervous Pirate, Angry Pirate, Worried Pirate,
Dangerous Pirate, Town Pirate, Town Man, Town Girl,
Town Lady, Scarlett, Giselle
Film 1 ch 4 gives Rifleman, Soldier, Officer
Film 1 ch 5 gives Ragetti (Dress), Pintel (Dress)
Film 2 ch 2 gives River Man, River Lady
Film 2 ch 3 gives Dutchman Pirate, Wheelback, Finnegan, Jelly, Broondjongen
Film 3 ch 1 gives Singapore Pirate, Singapore Man, Singapore Lady,
Company Soldier, Company Officer
Film 4 ch 5 gives Mermaid, Zombie Pirate, Spanish Soldier, Spanish Officer

Just replay those 7 chapters in Free Play with Extra Toggle active (find and buy it first) and cycle through your characters with L1,R1 in the beginning and save and exit.

There is also Imaginary Ja

There is also Imaginary Jack (Spade or Bomb or Pistol), but you have to play them anyway in the story of Film 3 ch 2.

Those are all 34 Extra Toggle characters. Just "become" each once to get the trophy. These are the chars that can be seen in the chapters and aren't part of the main list. (see the list by holding Triangle in the hub) You'll need Extra Toggle to play any of them, though it doesn't matter when you turn it on. (in the hub or in the chapter) Also each ch always gives you the same Extra Toggle chars, usually the ones that can be seen in that chapter. So it's not enough to replay Port Royal over and over, which gives only Rifleman, Soldier and Nervous Pirate.

I just tested it on a new game, and you'll have to play the Imaginary Jacks with Extra Toggle in Free Play of Film 3 ch 2 "Davy Jones' Locker".
It's not enough to play them in the story. So you'll have to replay 8 chapters with Extra Toggle active, not just 7.

I also hadn't played 5 chapters at all yet and had only bought 2 characters yet. (Blackbeard, The Spaniard) So most of the main character list was still empty. Also I only activated Extra Toggle temporarily in the beginning of the 8 chapters and only cycled through the characters until I hit all the Extra Toggles of that chapter. And the trophy unlocked with the 3rd Imaginary Jack before even leaving the final chapter.

Me too, I got so annoyed that I decided to give up and would come back after playing other games. Still not getting it and I've literally went into a mission and swapped through every single character...

At first I played with everything character in the port using the triangle. That didn't work for me so I toggled characters in every chapter using R1 and the trophy popped for me somewhere in the second film after finishing the game 100%. I mentioned when using toggle in the story you get more characters then you can use in triangle character mode.

I hope this helps for you.

Ignore the OP,he has no clue what he's talking about. Worst Game guide I've ever seen. The comment section saved this terribly written guide
